The Journal of Popular Noise is a "semi-annual" publication out of Brooklyn that includes 7-inches with each edition. The latest issue, Fall/Winter '08, is a hand-folded, letterpressed edition of 300, with 3 discs: Climax Golden Twins, Pwrfl Power, and Linda & Ron's Dad. You can order it here.
