Update 4/28: See the comment below, someone claiming to represent Sony Music France (their email address is a fake, btw) is asking for removal of this "copyrighted file"-- however, this track has clearly been authorized for internet posting by Passion Pit's U.S. label, French Kiss. Sony Music France, if you have a problem with this, you need to contact French Kiss Records and work it out. This is not an issue of "a blog leaking a track illegally;" this is an issue of antiquated and unworkable music rights practices, and an issue of 2 labels with joint interests not communicating with one another.
