John Vanderslice Getting Vinyl Reissues

John Vanderslice Vinyl Reissues - Afternoon Records

“Nicest guy in indie rock” John Vanderslice will see 4 of his (now-classic) albums reissued on vinyl before the end of the year. Minneapolis-based Afternoon Records is repressing Time Travel Is Lonely (2001), Life and Death of an American Fourtracker (2002), Cellar Door (2004), and Pixel Revolt (2005), all on high-quality RTI vinyl, and should have them available the first week of December.

Great news. Vanderslice’s new stuff hasn’t grabbed me the same way as the older releases. Will be looking out for these reissues.
