Listen@MBV: Rafter – “Animal Feelings”
Next week sees the release of Animal Feelings, the new record by San Diego’s Rafter, aka “that likable, lovable redheaded dude.” Rafter has been dropping records on Asthmatic Kitty like mad ever since his band Bunky gave us Born To Be A Motorcycle back in 2005, and this new one sounds to me to be one of his best. Also, that cover by DM Stith and Lizeth Santos is awesome.
